What a wonderful animal rescue facility staffed by a group of caring volunteers. The staff not only make a difference in the welfare of the dogs and cats rescued, but also the families that adopt these animals into their homes. The animals are under the care of a local veterinarian to ensure the dogs and cats are in good health when they are put up for adoption. Kudos to all of the volunteers and staff. A big thanks to the families that have adopted a cat and/or dog to bring into their home as a welcome addition to the family

These ladies were absolutely wonderful. I believe 3 years ago I left them a bad review and I regret every sentence of it. I had just moved here and was used to a different way.The humane society is operated.I didn't understand dareful story and now I do. and I can't thank them enough for their dedication. We need to get people involved to support this organization.

My mom done volunteer work there, and this place IS NOT a no kill shelter. At least not while she was there. An older couple came in with a family dog that they have had for a long time, but were just too old to take care of it properly. They brought it to this shelter because they thought the dog would be safe. The breed of dog was a pit bull. Before the couple even got out of the parking lot good, they were already prepping to euthanize the dog. My mom begged them to let her take the dog, but they refused all because of the breed it was. The animals that came in, more so the strays than those that were dropped off, were given a set amount of days before they were also euthanized. The felines sadly got less days than the canines. Smh I wish that couple would have came back about an hour l
