Unfortunately the ending of my story of my experience with Dublin Animal Hospital is not a happy one, our loving cat died of compications related to pika and an obstructed digestive tract. Thinking he was having a bad reaction to his food, which we had experienced in the past with a cat, my family and I waited far too long to have him looked at. However, I highly recomend their care for your pet as they were very sensitive in Loki's final hours and in handleing a family who very much love their pet and were heart broken and in mourning from the moment we learned he wasn't going to survive. Dr. Lord and his staff made every effort to keep us abreast of Loki's condition as things changed rapidly, I was allowed to fetch my daughter from school to wish him good bye in case surgery wasn't enou

Took my SAR GSD for a check up for her heartworm, flea & tick. Horrible experience. He wanted to drug my GSD for a fecal exam. And wouldn't even come in the room with her & I. Definitely would not recommend for large breeds. He was rude and obnoxious with no bedside manner. I guess he's better with small dogs, I however wouldn't trust him with anything.

The epitome of bait and switch billing and services. Buyer beware, they will do tests on your pets without consent and then bill you for them, when you question the doctor and receptionist- you get two polar opposite explanations- one says it’s for a well check for puppies (I don’t have a puppy, only senior dogs) and you get free vaccines (nope, never got that either) and when you ask- they don’t even have their own stories straight to even tell the consumer. And let’s talk about the actual care of the animal- rude and mean, and threatening to my dogs. Shameful!!!!! If you love your pets, go somewhere else.

The staff and Dr. Lord are exceptionally caring. When our female fur baby had to cross the rainbow, they allowed out family to sit with her despite emotions and they saw to her comfort. They made a horrific experience bearable as we said our last farewells. I will never forget that!

The most difficult veterinarian to deal with. They constantly decline Chewy, so you have to come into their office and pay over priced medications for your pet. Continued to provide unnecessary medication for my dog so they could profit from multiple visits.
