Visited this location a few days ago. I’m looking for a puppy, but not in a rush. I also wanted to visit the different shops to see selections, ask my questions, see the puppies and find out what the price also includes besides the animal. When I walked in the store, I noticed no weird or yucky smells. The store was very clean. Each puppy had its own enclosure that was also very clean. Even the puppies were clean, cute and looked healthy. I looked at the Teddy Bear puppy. As soon as I saw the price, my mouth dropped open. This was definitely the most expensive prices I’ve seen. I asked what the price includes and the employee listed, food, food schedule, micro chip fee, kennel, spay/neuter fee, potty training kit snd lifetime training classes. There were some health guarantees included

I recently bought a puppy from Petland Henderson. I purchased him Monday August 11th. And on Saturday August 16th he tested postive twice for Parvo. And i found out today he now has pneumonia. I was literally sold a very sick puppy. And petland refuses to take any accountability. On top of tgat my pupoys medical bills are now at 2k and tomorrow with the added pneumonia diagnosis the costs are going up. Im attaching pictures as proof. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PETLAND HENDERSON STORE. THEY ONLY SICK PUPPUES AND THEN YOURE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS. Update my PARVO PUPPY Wyatt that Petland sold me is still in the hospital and still very sick.

Claims to be a pet store that sells pet supplies…but there’s barely any supplies, just a bunch of puppy mill dogs. They had a sad cat food section w like 3 bags to pick from & a sad dog food section & didn’t have any of the brands they said they carry online. Major waste of time & it smells like dog poop as soon as u open the door. It’s legitimately just a puppy mill w a store front. Definitely will never be back.

Amazing staff and a great selection of animals, I bought my dog from them a year and a half ago and she is as healthy as the day we got her!! Update: 02/22 She is still perfectly healthy going on 5 years old, still would recommend shopping here as they are always super nice! Update: 08/25 My doggy is still great no medical issues at all going 8 years old now.

What a terrible experience this place was. Asked to see a puppy after 30 mins of standing around and looking for help. Finally asked one of the worker if we could pet a dog. I was asked if I planned on taking a dog home today. I said no because who make a $6000+ decision without petting the dog 1st. I was told to "just play with the one that was already out". These puppy mill dealers are getting bold. Im glad I came to the reviews after. I wonder if the owner is willing to show how they rectified the issues others have had with buying sick dogs from petland. I appreciate the rude employee that saved me from making such a huge mistake and buying from this petland.
