Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital

I truly don’t know how grateful I am to Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital. When we arrived, Romeo was critical, but within 4 hours he was back on his feet. Huge thanks to the emergency staff, Michelle, and the amazing Doctor who took such incredible care of him. It was a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Thank you for giving Romeo the care and attention he needed we’re so thankful! I could not be more greatful!!!!

The staff is very helpful and kind they seem to care about the animals they are working with. Alinna was so kind to Miss Elsa my cat. Elsa now wants more cuddles than before and didnt mind being at the vet for a micro chip

Would not recommend. Did not properly exam my dog until I kept insisting to look in the area of my dogs mouth that I told them to look at, tried to prescribe a medication that was not needed and so expensive and actually contraindicated by my doctor, told me to dunk my dogs face in ice water to stop bleeding rather than just use an ice pack, which caused my dog more stress. Overall exhibiting lack of knowledge and efficiency but were one of the only ones open as it was late at night and my dogs mouth was bleeding a lot from an abscessed tooth.

I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at this vet office. From start to finish, it felt disorganized and impersonal. The wait time was much longer than expected, and when my pet was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed. The veterinarian didn’t seem very interested in listening to my concerns, and explanations about the recommended treatments or tests were vague and unclear. The staff at the front desk were polite, but communication throughout the visit was poor. I left feeling unsure about what was actually wrong with my pet and frustrated by how expensive everything was without proper explanation. I expect a vet office to show genuine care and take the time to make sure both the pet and owner feel supported — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returnin

Dr. Qasim is an outstanding doctor , intuitive and caring. I trust him with our pet . He accurately diagnosed our beagle when we brought her in after hours (she was in a bad state, trembling in pain and trouble breathing ) some months ago . Within 48 hours she was healed under his care. He personally called us to follow up and see how she was doing & I was surprised when he gave us his cell number to make sure we could contact him directly during that scary time . His staff has always been very kind and attentive & I find him to be a truly caring doctor & we have since brought her back in for regular veterinary care & we will be continuing on with her care here.
