I am definitely switching vet for my babies. They were able to see me the same day I called them and explain my concerns about one of my dogs. They made me feel comfortable and I trusted them by the way they welcomed my dog. My baby is already doing better with the medication they gave me for him. Thank you so much for making my baby better. Your customer service is THE BEST! First impression is everything! And y'all did that!!!! 😊

I wish we could say we had as good results as other customers when having their dogs ears cropped. But, our experience was quite the opposite. To be fair, we waited over a year to write a review to give our Min Pin time to heal completely. However, we are sorry to say that we would not recommend this vet. We do not understand how other clients received good results while our poor little dog was butchered. We did bring up concerns immediately but the DVM did not feel he did a poor job and recommended time would heal imperfections. Well after a year our dog still has two different shaped ears. One ear has an extreme curve and the other has no curve. She also has a triangle cut out on the side of one of her ears. Love the staff at Dogwood Animal Hospital!!!! I purchased my first Doberman Pincher almost 3 years ago and after several weeks of research Dogwood was my choice for cropping my red Doberman. The experience was phenomenal and Dr. Britt was great through the entire experience. Fast forward to this year and the red needed a little brother. Enter my blue Doberman and I knew exactly who would be cropping his ears and providing his care. The blue’s ears turned out great!! Great experience! This was my first time having a dogs ears cropped. The staff was great very sweet . The Doctor is highly recommended through google. Me and my wife are very pleased with the outcome of our Cane Corso ears. Thanks so much to the doctor and associates.

This was a wonderful experience for Bluey. At first he was a little shaky, but the assistant put him at ease. The doctor was wonderful, he explained everything that needed to be done in detail to where I understood each treatment and service’s rendered. The assistant was great and the young man that walked him back to us from the treatment room was awesome! I’m happy he had a great experience. The price was not too pricey especially for 4 shots treatment to his infected ear, even my daughter said it was pretty good. Especially since I get reimbursed through my Pet Best I neuron’s. Overall great day for my pockets and Bluey!!
