Dogtopia of Carriage Crossing

Until Dogtopia, taking Princess Leia was a stressful ordeal for her and us taking her in for boarding and grooming. She would literally shake with fear when we would turn into the parking lot. When she got home she was stressed with upset stomach, etc. No more with Dogtopia. The Staff and groomers love their clients. She try’s to jump out of the car when she sees the storefront. She all ways returns happy, healthy and tired in a good way because she’s spent time with her friends.

We absolutely LOVE this place — and so does our dog! He has the best time playing with all his friends and always comes home happy and tired. The staff are amazing — so friendly, caring, and responsive. The webcam is such a fun bonus for checking in while we’re away. There may be places closer to us, but knowing he’s so well cared for at Dogtopia makes the extra drive 100% worth it!

Sophie goes to daycare every day. She has severe separation anxiety and cannot stand to be home alone in her kennel. when we tried Dogtopia 3 years ago, she loved it. we ask her every morning "want to go see your friends?". we said we would never make her go if she didn't want to. she starts the day wagging her tail running for the door. she loves going. three years so far, always excited to go. that tells us all we need to know.

My sweet girl stayed for her first boarding this week, and I was really impressed with her stay. She's a velcro girl with separation anxiety, and over the webcams, I watched her and her "cousin" warm up to the professionals and the other dogs over the course of her five day stay. What really sold me on the experience though, was that she didn't come home traumatized or sad. She was tired, but after a good night's sleep she bounced right back to her "home" self, bright eyed, drinking and eating normally and playful. I can tell she was well taken care of during her stay. Shoutout to the Dogtopia of Carriage Crossing professionals, you all rock and it's such a good feeling to know that when I can't bring her with me, she's in good hands.

Very accommodating. The dos are assigned a room by their temperament and size. We love Dogtopia and all the team members.🐾❤️💙
