Came in on Sunday with cat ended up with blocked bladder. Dr Buckler was so helpful. They were closing and she was able to get us in quickly at the emergency vet by calling ahead for us... Would definitely return to Dr Buckler ♥️♥️

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Banfield in Collierville. From the moment I walk in, I feel at ease knowing my dogs are in the best hands. A special shoutout to Deb who is always the first to greet my pups during their early morning drop-offs. She goes out of her way to make sure they feel welcomed and loved from the second they arrive. It’s clear she has a passion for animals, and her warm, genuine demeanor sets the tone for the day. Then there’s Dr. Daw, who has been an absolute lifesaver for my troublemaker of a pup. She took the time to truly understand her unique needs and offered thoughtful, compassionate, and at times humorous care. After over a year of care at this clinic I can say that the staff is kind, efficient, and they make it easy on both my pet and me. I appreciate that the veterinarian makes sure to always go over everything with me if I drop off. My dog seems to be at ease and never comes out stressed.

I has a loyal customer to Banfield since we got our dog in 2012. We signed up right away and when we got another dog, we added him to the plan as well. When my sweet Frank got really ill this past summer (2025) I called up to request an emergency visit to check on him, I knew his time was coming to end and I wanted HIS doctors to be with us. They couldn’t fit us into a visit, they were too busy. All they could do was a drop off. This wasn’t an option for me, my dog was dying. I wasn’t going to just leave him. They called 2 other locations and I got the same response. I had to call a local veterinarian office, that I had never been to, for them to help me put my sweet boy down. Woke up in Labor Day to my dog having something going on with his eye. Our established vet was closed for the holiday and I really wanted him to be seen. I looked online and Banfield was open and I could schedule online -which I did. The veterinarian was incredibly sweet and was able to help with an anti inflammatory and an eye drop. The receptionist even printed off the medical record for me to follow up with our regular vet later in the week. I received a follow up call the next day to check in to see how my pup was doing. Hopefully we don’t have to use them again for emergencies but it’s a comfort knowing they are there.
