Staff was kind, patient, and truly dedicated to each animal’s well-being. The facility was clean, calm, and full of love. The care and attention they give the dogs really shows. We adopted Max (formerly Venus) from here, and she is the sweetest, silliest girl and has brought so much joy into our lives. We are incredibly grateful to CAS for taking such wonderful care of her before she became part of our family. We couldn’t recommend CAS enough — thank you for everything you do. 🐶❤️

We had the best experience adopting our Pippi girl! They were kind, the facilities clean, and showed our girl such love. I even took her back a year later to see them, and they still remembered her.

They were very responsive and helpful when we were interested in an animal. They processed our application quickly but thoroughly. Everyone working at the shelter was clearly passionate about the mission. The facilities were clean and organized. We had a great experience and are so happy with our new cat!

We adopted our puppy from here and it could not have been a better experience. The process was super smooth and easy. We met him the morning and were able to bring him home that afternoon. They even sent us home with an extra leash, collar, toys, and food for him. He was healthy, well cared for and already 90% house trained when we brought him home. He is the best boy and we are so grateful for Collierville Animal Services for bringing him into our lives.

I have adopted two German Shepherds from CAS. I’m so thankful they brought us together, as my boy & girl have brought immense joy to my life, as well as that of my family. The staff seems to genuinely care about the animals & wants to make certain they are adopted into responsible homes. I appreciate that they screen applicants prior to meeting any of the animals & follow up on references.
