DOGO Pet Fashions

I purchased a dog cost and was very pleased with quality and price was reasonable. I then purchased another coat, was sent wrong size, sent back when company sent approved return packing slip. Dogo emailed saying would send out correct size. Well, this was right during beginning of the pandemic and I was very patient with Dogo. I emailed several times because was not credited or sent replacement coat. It has been over a year and no replies to my MANY emails, no nothing! I see they still have website up and running, so still in business?! BEWARE, something fishy. Will never ever purchase their products again.

These guys are awesome! Extremely helpful and have soooo much stock. Very patient with me (I’m super indecisive) and helped me find the right products for my fur babies. The quality of the coats and collars etc is unbeaten and the best I’ve seen. I’ll definitely be stopping in to buy more next time I’m in NY! Thanks again guys!

If I could give them a zero I would. I have sent 3 emails over the course of a week and a half trying to get an RA# to return a coat to them and have only received auto generated emails stating someone would contact me. As of today---nothing. Beware buying from this company, if you have a problem they have no customer service...

The dog clothing quality is superior to other brands and yet priced similar to the cheap garments others sell. I will be purchasing more products from them again. I bought a coat and sweater for my dog and again couldn’t be happier. A+++
