Doggy Style Pet Shop

Love having this pet shop in the neighborhood! Great selection of frozen raw dog food and the owner is super knowledgeable and kind. We also started using their dog walking service and couldn’t recommend it more. Very easy to communicate with via text and we get cute photos and updates with every walk. I’ve been here before in the past and Jude did a beautiful job on my dog. I had another appointment with Jude but had to switch the day and groomer. Before my dogs full grooming, I met with Angel to discuss clearly what we wanted my dog’s cut to look like. Some mild matts were noted on my dog and we discussed to not completely shave to the skin. We both agreed with this plan. My dog is groomed every 2 months with no issues and brushed almost every single day, so when she came back completely shaved, I was shocked. When speaking to the manager he was very unapologetic and rude about this situation. He also tried to blame me for other bad reviews in the past that he deleted… he then proceeded to give me back her cut fur in a bag trying to make me feel bad for some mild matts my dog had… I o

Recently moved to the neighborhood and needed a groomer for my almost 13 year old long-haired dachshund. Tried Doggy Style a few days ago. Angel did a wonderful job and took great care in making Ozzie comfortable in a new environment. Thanks so much!

I lived in the area with a Deaf Great Pyrenees from 2020-2022. She LOVED going here and what really made us loyal customers was how the owner would remember her - and remember her "sign" for how to sit since she was deaf! It made visits really special and I really appreciated that. We would come here for treats and the occasional doggy birthday cake. She would drag me here! I definitely recommend and will be making the trip over to Wicker when I get my new pup. <3

New in town, stopped by to check out prices and overall vibe. Overheard two staff loudly talking about which customers do/don't tip well. No thanks, not for me.
