The owner personally walked me around and showed me things he thought I would be interested in based off what I was picking up. Very thoughtful staff and great prices. Let me take home a cow ear for my pup to try! Will definitely be back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! My dogs would live here if they could. The staff is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, very welcoming. Despite being an independent retailer, they have a large selection of everything you’d need (supplies, to hygiene to food) with options and types to choose from. By far my favorite and most important thing is they ONLY stock high quality options. You will not see begin’ bacon strips, milk bones, rawhide, etc. My dog is my life, the most important thing in the world to me, and I would feel comfortable closing my eyes and reaching for anything on their shelves. Choosing petsmart or petco over this store is a huge disservice to yourself, but more importantly, your doggo!!

We were looking to replace a favorite ball that went missing, everyone working here was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Look like they have a large selection of everything so will definitely return Loved the doggie cookies up at the front register.

The main staff were extremely accomidating and friendly , the store manager was helping so much. Then came out the owner who was extremely aggressive to the point where he was being physically treating (getting in personal space and arguing) we spoke to him a few days before we had went there and he was all for helping us and our cause but when we showed up he treated us like trash to the point I said we need to leave immediately because no owner of a business should talk and act this way to their customers. There was an aspect of physical threat and ive never experienced this from a business owner. 1 star because of the owner but if I could rate the rest of the staff there id give them 5 stars especially the manager she tried to help us to the best of her ability

Best dog food options. Especially for raw like we feed our Frenchies. The staff and owners really care about their purpose and their customers. It’s wonderful to have such a great shop in our community!
