Doggie-Do Grooming and Boarding

As my husband arrived to our scheduled appointment (right before 930) one groomer cursed that the dog pooped on the table. Not only is it inappropriate in front of my six year old, it’s very unprofessional. There were a ton of dogs running around. The front desk lady was rude commenting that my husband was late and she went ahead and sent her tech home. Which again he arrived right before 930. Why would you send someone home when you have a room full of dogs needing groomed? We took our dogs and left. We will not be returning.

We boarded our cats because we were moving. The staff was very attentive when we got there and made sure they had all the details and that both cats could be in the same kennel together at night, they just needed to be separated during feeding time. When we went to pick up I mentioned that they would have a hard time getting one cat in her carrier, and it would best for our daughter (her owner) to get her, we waited what seemed like forever just to have that said cat hyper ventilating and stressed out, hissing, but that was also her first time being boarded so I understand. With our other cat he has been boarded before and never had any issues. Booked a month in advance with another place. Asked about their runs/kennels because anything less than cattle pannel my malinois will tear his way out of. Showed up the day before and made sure things were square. Then the next day I showed up to drop him off and they said "all our runs are full we are putting him in one of these" and pointed at a dinky little wire kennel. I had a flight to catch for a bought and paid for trip that I would have just been out the money on if it weren't for doggie-do. I called them and they accommodated me last second. They had him for 4 days, he's never been boarded and considering the breed I was pretty stressed. When I checked in they gave me updates and offered to send pics. when I got back he was his happy-go-lucky self and in great health.

I was so happy that my dogs were able to be outside during the day and only kenneled at night. They were able to be in the kennel together and it was an indoor/outdoor run. They encouraged us to call and check in to put our minds at ease, and the staff was right on time for pickup. Highly recommend!

Last presidential voting she asked me a what "side" I was on and I told her I don't talk politics and she wouldn't stop hammering me so I just said I was a republican and she cussed me out and taunted me and even went as far as posting junk on my Facebook! Had to block her.. I was just pickup my dog... I don't know what happened with that but I stay out of talking about that stuff because it leads to no good... But man.. She cracked and ran after me for 2 weeks and never gave up... So i blocked her and all!
