Absolutely amazing place to get my dog groomed. They are always super accommodating and little Lexi leaves with the best haircuts of any groomer I've ever taken her to. They listen to what my needs are and everyone loves the little feather they put behind her ear!! Thank you Debbie and team!!

I’m giving this place a one star for this reason.. It took 1 whole month to get my dog a groom appointment. I brought him in today at 11am. They said it would take an hour or 2. Then they would call me, and said that they close at 4.... So, four O clock rolls around the corner, no phone call, so I drive to get my dog so I don’t get charged an overnight fee. I get there, and my dog hasn’t even been done yet, and they said they are “extending how late they are being open”. Because they didn’t even enough time to get my dog. Really? From 11-4 o clock you couldn’t get him groomed?... 🤬

Willie our Portuguese Water Dog absolutely loves going to the Dog House in Basalt. She has made many doggie friends and is always very excited to see Debbie and her caring team.

Always a great attitude. Make you feel like you are their only customer. Never had any issues with our little Yorkies hair cuts. . .
