I called today because Dog Food Direct has me spoiled. When I order, I usually have the food the next day. This time there was a short delay and I suspected it was because of some treats I added into my order. When I told Derek that I let my food for my 13.5 year old Labrador get too low, without hesitation he stated he would get it shipped right away. I can't say enough good things about this company! Thank you! You're the best!
Great experience! I found Dog Food Direct via a dog food manufacturer's website and realized I actually live close by their facility. I coordinated to pick up my order in person, avoiding the shipping charges. It was a great experience and I even got to meet their shop cat! Big win all the way around, highly recommend.
