I had a poor experience when I took my dog there and I wasn’t going to leave a review. However, once my 82 year old grandma told me her experience, I felt the need to warn people. My grandma is the kindest human and to hear Mitch was rude to her pissed me off. My grandmas dog bit Mitch and he told my grandma that her dog was no longer welcome… except he delivered it rudely and used other words. I fully understand him not wishing to work with the dog anymore. However, you do not treat a loyal customer poorly. She did not bite you. When she told me her story it confirmed what my intuition had been telling me. I always felt he wasn’t kind and I always felt like I was walking on eggshells, like him grooming my dog was a burden.

Mitch and Robin have always taken great care of our dogs over the years. Today I had an appointment for our Scottie and completely forgot about the appointment. An hour late, I called and spoke to Mitch and he told me to go ahead and bring her in. Thanks for keeping me out of the doghouse.

Got my dog in for a nail trimming, I was out within 5 minutes. Took very good care of dog and very experienced people. Will definitely be going here for now on to take my dog in for her nails! It was $10 cash for the nail trimming and most definitely worth it, will be coming back here!

🚨🚨DON’T SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!🚨🚨 Mitch is unprofessional! He disrespected my wife when she dropped off our dog and when she pick her up. He also disrespected me on the phone. This guy is not worth a visit he will butcher your dog. Pet smart is probably better than him 🤣 To be honest his good reviews are probably from his friends to make him look good.
