Second time in... Went in to get a remnant and the place was a safety and fire hazard!! Dude wouldn't help move a few pieces from the heap of scraps in the middle of the store. Had to step over equipment and get it myself. Price was fine enough, but this place creeps me out.
Got a bid within a day of going into the store and 2 days later, got the carpet and trim installed! Dan did a great job in a FAST manner!
This place is a joke. I showed up at 10:15 the door is locked. It took several minutes for a lady to walk up and open the door. She then proceeded to crack the door open and tell me to call. Are you kidding me?? I am here in a truck to buy carpet and I cannot come in and pick out something I want? Sorry but this place is ridiculous!
Very nice people work here and who care about quality service at a good price. Julie and Dan have worked for years to help others with carpeting needs.
