I love this clinic! Let’s just say wherever I move I’m definitely coming back for any pet! They are super friendly, professional and they validate your concerns which means the world to me as a dog mom. I had a terrible traumatic experience with another clinic which led to my other dog passing… when coco had her dental I explained that I was concerned and they validated my feelings took extra precautions and measurements, communicated about every update and did a follow up free of charge to listen to her lungs so I can rest assured. Coco and I are really grateful to all of the staff there and we appreciate the professionalism and dedication

Dr, Poquette was attentive and personable. She was thorough in her exam of my dog and I felt that my concerns were addressed appropriately. The vet tech was also extremely nice and positive. A good experience!

Soon after I adopted Jesse, a senior cat, I looked for a veterinarian to carry out his initial exams and continued care. For many years, my previous cats were treated by another clinic in Eugene. I thought it was time for a change. Looking for a new vet is risky. Expertise is certainly essential, but the effective relationship a pet has with staff must be experienced in person. With Willakenzie Animal Clinic, I fortunately found the perfect clinic. Jesse made two visits to undertake exams, tests, and vaccinations. My poor chihuahua really needed help with her teeth and the staff were so kind during her new patient examination even though she is not a great patient lol. They really make you feel comforted while your animal is in their care. I was pleased with the care/cost of procedure. Thank you so very much!

My little boy (dog) was old so I pay for two appointments every year to make sure he was okay they did blood test and other test told me he was just great but he did not look like he was improving I I took him to another veterinarian after two years of Willakenzie Animal clinic saying he was just fine but recommended a teeth cleaning $$$$ he had cancer all over his beautiful body too late to do anything I asked them to email me The last two years of the blood test and there it was….. they never read the blood test NEVER …. The test revealed cancer but they told me he was great…so you be the judge how much they will care for your pet… they only want money that’s it a lady vet call me and never took any responsibility.
