Michelle groomed Oliver for the first time today, and she did an amazing job! She was so gentle and patient with him, and he came out looking absolutely handsome. You can tell she really cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who treats your pet like their own. Five stars isn’t enough! 🌟🐾

I’ve taken my dog here twice. The first time was great—he looked so handsome and Michelle did an amazing job! Unfortunately, the second visit wasn’t as great. I had mentioned that my Morkie is prone to ear infections and asked that they be careful when washing him. I also asked for the same haircut as the first visit. The first time he had more of a Yorkie-style cut, which I loved, but the second time it ended up looking more like a Maltese cut. When we got home, I also noticed a few small cuts and red marks on his body, and he ended up with an ear infection. I’m not leaving this review to hate on the place—I just hope they can work on being more consistent with haircuts and be a bit more mindful when owners mention medical sensitivities like ear infections. Michelle is the absolute best dog groomer that I know she really takes pride in her work. She never cages the dogs. She really loves animals and it shines through when you see her with them!
