Friendly staff and price are fair. We moved from IL 3 months ago and have been very happy with this grooming place. Our 2 collies come home happy and clean.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. My dog was not properly cleaned after grooming, and when I reached out to address the issue, it was not handled in a professional manner. I was offered a $10 partial refund, which I never received. As a paying and previously loyal customer, I expected much better communication and accountability. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service and this situation could have been managed much better.

Brought my pomskie here after having been through different (and more expensive) groomers. De La Pooch has provided top notch service and has made my puppy look better than ever before. They also got rid of his matted hair behind his ear which was left untouched by the previous groomer. De La Pooch will now be our primary groomer!

de la pooch is always wonderful - we have been taking our golden retriever, gemma, there for years and she always comes out looking perfect, and soft as can be. everyone is so sweet and professional, and ive always felt good leaving her in their care. i love how they de-shed her so thoroughly, and clean up her paws and belly and tail, leaving her so soft she feels like a puppy. theres nowhere else id rather take her!
