John at the front desk was extremely helpful. Went to get a 50 watt 2 prong heat bulb, he didn’t have any in stock but gave me one of of his own supply to buy. Got home and realized the heat shade was broken too. Went back and bought a heat shade and he didn’t charge me for the new light. He even helped me trouble shoot! 10/10 would return 1000 times again

This place has the best bugs and best prices. I have 3 other choices that are closer but I always choose to go here. John is very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I are new bearded dragon moms and I’m so happy we found this place.

This place was horrendous and should be shut down permanently. who knows when it was dusted last, spiderwebs everywhere with live spiders in them, and the smell was very bad as well. The poor Red Tegu had a horrible setup with no hides or anything. Poor thing was forced to hide under the dirt i'm not sure it was even alive as all we could see what it's tail, with 2 uneaten mice laying on a plate nearby. Other cages where filthy to the point where you could hardly see the animal inside. Algae hadn't been cleaned out of the tanks at all, blocked the viewing of the animal itself. It's almost like only certain animals mattered and only certain one where actually being cared for, while others where being neglected and suffering. Definitely needs to be reported for animal neglect.
