They are great despite that my dog is difficult to groom. They still did a good job. Highly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst grooming experience ever! Lori called me to tell me my dogs were done and didn’t indicate that she had any issues. When I arrived she caught me totally off guard, telling me that she could not finish grooming my 16 year old shihtzu. She said the dog was snippy ( but was definitely much more dramatic in her description) she asked me to take her out of the crate telling me she was basically afraid of my dog at that point! This was a complete surprise since my old groomer in Bethlehem had never had a problem. Lori gave me a dog with an awful half finished haircut and charged me full price!! I immediately called my groomer in Bethlehem who said she would get my dog in asap and fix the cut. The only reason I changed location was because I m

Incredibly unfriendly at the front desk, but reasonably priced and easy to find. Was hopeful with so many good reviews, but unfortunately I said “just a trim and not short” and got my dog back shaved completely down with uneven face and ears, not at all what I asked for and demeanor was not friendly enough for me to be comfortable asking what happened. They didn’t even call me to let me know my dog was done, I had to call them. Not sure how long he would’ve sat there. Won’t be back.

I take my Shih Tzu mix here for a bath and grooming every few months. Lori and her staff are all very sweet and professional. They do a perfect cut every time. Definitely a "cut above the rest" you would even say. And it's nowhere close to taking your dog down to PetSmart grooming just to be nickel-and-dimed for a cut that might be half as good.

We brought our two rescued doodles to Lori to have their nails trimmed. Our one doodle is very timid and afraid of his own shadow. He gave Lori a rough time but she was very good and understanding with him and very good with our other doodle. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Classic Pet Grooming By Lori!
