I experienced my first pet passing away this past week, it was very unexpected, and I don’t think a vets office could’ve handled it better than this vet staff did. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind and caring. Everyone was completely transparent on pricing and procedures, which I highly appreciated. They went above and beyond making sure we were comforted and never rushed while processing our cats passing even though we ended out leaving very close to their closing time. They explained what happened very respectfully and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened, our options, and what to do next. We absolutely love Danville Veterinary Hospital!! I could sing Dr. Tamaki's praises from the rooftops. She is absolutely wonderful. I appreciate that she values my observations and operates with me as my teammate in caring for my dog, Amber. I trust her opinion deeply and am so grateful we have her to guide is through various situations with our sensitive girl. We moved 2 hours away, but I continue to drive here because I just can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Amber has seen other fear free certified practitioners before, but she's never been so immediately comfortable with a vet as she was Dr. Tamaki. The entire staff at Danville Veterinary Hospital has always been so incredibly kind to us and to our dog. We're so grateful for them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr Stone, Dr Tamaki, and Dr Bailey are all amazing. They tried their best to help with my sweet boy, whom we lost 2 months ago. They put up with my smaller, 15yo demon dog, and they got my new baby established. They are kind and listen carefully when there is a concern. Baxter, Muffin Cakes, and Rengoku have all been well cared for!

These folks are good. Not rushed; everything was explained in detail, and they really showed they care. Glad we found them!!
