This is a great place to get carpeting. I’ve purchased twice and you can’t beat their knowledge, politeness, quality, and prices. Dropped by and bought a very nice piece of carpet and padding for less than the big box store wanted for carpet only, and a lesser grade carpet. I will shop there again. Recommended.

Run by a no nonsense gentlemen this place could certainly be perceived as a bit rough around the edges. Get past that first impression and you’ll find a great experience awaits both in terms of price and quality of product and installation. Price quoted was roughly half of what a Home Depot or Lowes would charge for similar quality. The installation was perfectly and professionally done on the day promised. I could not be any happier with my experience at Dalton Direct Carpet Outlet! Do not be discouraged by the appearance of the small showroom. Selection is more than adequate, and quality is as good as you will find anywhere. We were replacing carpet in 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room on our second floor and adding hardwoods to our first floor. We searched for months comparing products and prices but could not come anywhere close to the quotes from Dalton. Having had two other satisfied experiences with David on the sales end and their work in our home, we were confident in our decision to move forward with them once again. The managers are great to work with, from assisting with carpet selection to scheduling the installation. Everything went seamlessly both literally and figuratively.
