Everything about this place is just beautiful. Not only are the pets adorable, but the owner and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. They went out of their way to show my child the animals one by one, even though we were just looking around. We had such a wonderful time as a family, and it was so heartening to see that all the pets looked happy, healthy, and well-cared for. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! From rabbits, to reptiles, to prairie dogs and tortoise and even a sloth! Whether youre looking for your next family member or just want to look at exotic animals. I highly recommend this place.

If i could rate 0 I would, I started coming in here a couple of months ago after running for ths hills from dottys in clio, but this place isnt much better after what I saw today. I hadnt come in much at all to really look that closely, but Snakes infested with the biggest mites ive ever seen, a literal dead baby king snake, a baby leoped gecko with its tail dropped, and some of thr snakes moving around almost lethargic, water bowls empty or disgusting, millepedes who havent moved in weeks. And on top of that im reading the reviews and you guys deny deny deny when this has clearly been going on far too long, its really messed up as well because people are offering the help cause clearly you are not staffed enough to take care of these animals but you arent taking the help to a point your o

The passive aggressive "don't touch" signs are a little out of control....the store is not that big, we should just be instructing people to please not touch the animals, as they come through the door. Other than that, the place seems decent, great selection of unusual pets (they had a possum the last time I went) mostly friendly staff, some friendlier than others. Overall cool experience!

I’ve purchased two ball pythons 🐍 from this store at different times, along with feeder mice and crickets, and every experience has been excellent. The staff is always professional, kind, and welcoming whenever I visit. They take the time to answer all of my questions, offer helpful advice, and you can tell they truly care about the animals as well as the customers. I always leave feeling confident in my purchases and look forward to coming back again.
