Animal Alley Veterinary Hospital

We've brought one of our sugar gliders here several times and the staff were great with him even before he was bonded and docile. They've had to do a few surgeries on him for us (neuter and a dental) and they did great every time and made sure he was doing well afterwards with calls to check up on him.

The staff at Animal Alley are great. They were able to get my guinea pig a same day urgent care appointment. I was happy to find an exotic vet on short notice while I was out of state. Dr. VanDaele took great care in handeling my pet, explaining diagnostics, my options, his rationale, procedure details, and prognosis. Even gave me a personal call to update me following her procedure. Staff were upfront about pricing. Technicians were kind, provided medicine with pre-marked syringes, and answered my post-procedural questions in a timely manner. Only critique is no one answered the after-hours phone number they provided when I called one night - make sure you clarify your contact options in case your pet needs help overnight. Not really sure where to start but start here ….. A lot of people complain with how “expensive” Animal Alley is yet want the BEST service, technology, medications & diagnosis’s for their pets. Animal alley is the only vet in the tri-city area to completely check every single box for me. I will pay the most for the upmost caring vet office staff, the willingness to want the best for my pups as I do & the knowledge & education of the staff and doctors. My dogs are my children & there is no monetary limit on their safety, heath and happiness. I rescued Stella (my Great Dane) when she was 1.5 years old. I can not sing their praises enough. We are first time guinea pig owners. My daughter wanted one for Christmas. So when she developed a huge rash on her face we turned to the Internet which told us she had ring worm. So we started antifungal creams. She didn't get better. She actually seemingly got worse. Animal Alley was recommended for small animals by a coworker of mine but it was an hour drive one way. Worth it though since this guinea pig was pretty sick by this time. They got us in the next day,were very knowledgeable about our guinea pig. They got us fixed right up and our little Bean girl is making such a great recovery. I am so so grateful to this whole staff and especially the veterinarian who saved our girl.

This was the most pleasant visit we have ever had at a vet office. My cat was calm and relaxed and did not hid like she normally would after getting home. They are very reasonably priced as well, I will definitely recommend them in the future.
