My mother received a quote from this establishment that was double the cost of what many contractors are quoting. I called and spoke to Doug and wanted to understand why everything seemed to be so expensive. Doug seemed defensive when I asked about the extra cost of freight, removal fees, and very high retail cost of common things like LVP and quarter round. Doug replied that my mother can shop at those places if she doesn’t like it. I couldn’t help but laugh and say “you don’t have to be a smart A about it”. I was in need of some new carpet and was recommended to reach out to Doug. He came out, measured the space and showed me some samples. I picked my carpet and by the next day he sent me a quote. My carpet was ordered and came in within 1.5 weeks. We set up installation for the next day and the job was completed in 1 day. My carpet looks amazing and really transformed my space. My husband and I had vinyl plank flooring installed by Custom Carpet & Vinyl throughout our brand new, three-story home several months ago.
