The best grooming service ever! Lisa is absolutely amazing, the most talented groomer and with a heart of gold. When my standard poodle Louie was in pain due to medical issues, Lisa went out of her way to allow him to sit during grooming, putting more stress on herself just to make him as comfortable as possible. Absolutely the best, I highly recommend Custom Canines. Get an appointment as soon as possible, because they are in great demand, and their schedule will fill up quickly, months in advance. We’ve used Custom Canines for over 11 years. A year ago I would have given Custom Canines a 6 star review. New ownership has fully taken over the location and the quality of cuts and services has fallen to sheep sheering levels. If all your dog needs is a clipper cut, you might be ok. Our last experience resulted in our dog’s nose getting scalped, among other issues that never would have happened when the prior ownership was there. This should be listed as a new business. Their rating is based off prior ownership.

Custom Canines managed to turn my beautiful dog into an ugly dog. I have a Coton du Tulear, and always have her cut into a "puppy cut", which is adorable and makes her almost look like a stuffed toy. For some reason even though she has been there many times and always gets a puppy cut, this time somebody decided to SHAVE HER HAIR OFF everywhere except her head and part of her tail. I have no idea how anyone could make the decision to do that. Anyone who knows anything about dogs knows that a Coton is known for their beautiful white hair and now her entire body is so bald you can see her pink skin perfectly. They even shaved her adorable fluffy paws so now they are bony and hideous. I am so upset. Somebody at Custom Canines knew they messed up big-time too, because they called my husban
