So rude! Dr Banks is an amazing Dr. ,but trying to make an appointment is unacceptable, called once was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up, called back told lady my name and dogs name,not getting another word in to make an appointment she cut me off saying no longer accepting new animal patients and couldn't make an appointment to come in then hung up! I was in shock!! Looked around vineland area for an another vet called them got me in very quickly ,very polite on the phone, they are very compassionate with their work. If even last resource i wouldn't call Dr. Banks office.

It's sad to see all these abandoned pets here. It would be a good investment if the Animal Shelter could change the way they shelter these animals with creating a 1 month clearance of health for each pet then have a open area created where for example they have tree houses for cats to play together on format of grass so they can get exercise & not be in cage all day, every day with no ability to run & use their muscles. If not creat ports to exit room areas where they can go outside with in a fenced area so they can exercise, & come back in to their bowl to feed n bed. I do credit the work done by staff.

We were received very well, we felt loved and l appreciated every moment we spent there, thank you guys for all you do.

We have been going to Dr Banks since 2014; and the last few visits we were really disappointed on the wait time; I have some health issues and the long wait isn’t good for me; when I say long wait is over 2 hours. 4 visits ago; the receptionist said we couldn’t been seen because we were 5 minutes late; okay we understood and she rescheduled us; we arrived 15 minutes early and were seen 1:47 minutes after our appointment. My dog has chronic issues which make us visit the vet every 5 weeks and spend around $200 each visit. Our last appointment we were treated with NO RESPECT at all. The receptionist was mean when we called and she said: I’m offering you that day and time do you want or not? When I asked if she had any other openings. Okay; we let it go and scheduled the visit.
