Crystal’s Gentle Grooming

Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! Great experience overall. Crystal and her helper were reasonably priced, very communicative, and did an excellent job handling my two dogs. I was especially concerned with my anxious dog but they handled her with patience and confidence. It’s clear they’re experienced and truly care about the pets they work with. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them

You can truly tell they love what they do. my puppies always comes home looking adorable, smelling great, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. Today was my first time bringing my Pit Bull to get his nails trimmed and I was so nervous because he doesn’t like people at all. I was very hesitant at first but Crystal reassured me with a little patience and timing that he would be ok. I suggested a muzzle for his mouth just because I didn’t want no one hurt but she reassured me it was not needed and he was in good hands and I must say she was exactly right! I had a great experience here i recommend anyone to come bring their pets to her because she knows what she is doing. I was so nervous and her and her staff made his nail trimming possible without any issues. Thank you again Crystal and her staff for helping my dog today he feels so much better!
