Crystal Creek Animal Hospital

My experience with this vet clinic so far has been extremely amazing and been so helpful and caring. I very much appreciate the check up texts and calls to help with my pups. I have never felt so seen and assisted at a vet before!! I have 2 frenchie babies and they have helped us so much. The only reason why I would posibimy take a star off is simply because they are on the pricier side, however, I do feel it shows why in the work and care they provide. On the bright side, their wait time is extremely reasonable!! Other vets I always sit forever waiting to be called and I never experience that with this clinic! My pups are usually always nervous to see the vet but they’re always ready to walk through their doors :).

Friendly and attentive staff that take care of my sweet fur baby as if shes their own. I have been going there for years and its a very trustworthy business. They take the time to ease any worry you may have, send you photos and updates when boarding and they're kind even when super busy. Highly recommended!

I cant be grateful enough on how helpful and nice the staff and Dr.V were. They were very transparent with prices and very patient when answering my bazillion questions before and after my cat’s surgery. My cat was showing signs of an open pyometra (which the urgent care that I took her the day before just confirmed) they day before I took her to to crystal creek animal hospital and they were able to take me in the same day for emergency but their prices are definitely not like ER. Wait times are in fact very long for check ups or visits but is totally understandable knowing that they also take other emergencies which they try their best to squeeze in. Definitely will be planning taking here for wellness checks and her yearly vaccines everyone here is just amazing.

I loved everything about this place. It was so clean on the inside. It wasn’t your typical vet clinic where it smells like dog everywhere you go. The staff was so nice. I was surprised at how fast they were able to schedule and perform surgery on my cat. My cat is doing great and recovering perfectly. I am excited to go back!

The first time I called for an appointment I was actually given one for the very next day. I was shocked. My previous vet my goodness it was like pulling teeth. We were greeted with smile’s kindness and professionalism. We were allowed to stay for the appointment my so called difficult dog was seen for a total of 10 minutes for glands and nail trimming. I’m so happy I found them.
