Cryan Veterinary Hospital

Took my old cat to Cryan Vet Hospital because he was not eating. First of all,.I was visiting from out of town so not a patient, yet they gota.an appointment thst day. They were thorough, kind and understanding. It seemed to be a " teaching hospital" which was great as the Assistants were young and patient and eagsr tonpleae both me and my cat treating the cat with loving care. Caring professionalism is a fitting description of this practice.

My cat was just going in for a checkup and shots, but they were amazing with her. She didn’t want to go in the carrier when I left. She came out on her own and they pet her and she was not scared or upset at all. She is a pretty anxious cat. When I got home, she kept getting in her carrier like where is our next adventure. I have gone to them for 2 decades and have had animals saved by them and put down by them. They are so great through it all. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all and I can ask for questions or spend time with my cat that just got put down. They knew me by name becaue my sick cat had been in so much and they all signed a card and mailed it to me: I still have it displayed with his ashes on my shelf. All my animals have loved them. We have been clients of Cryan Veterinary ever since we moved here over 40 years ago. We have always been more than pleased with the care our pets have received. Our new puppy just had to have surgery on her knee and she got great loving care.

I don’t leave reviews often but they have been the kindest and most caring vets I’ve communicated with even giving us advice over the phone on a minor injury when we didn’t know if our cat needed emergency care. I really appreciate how understanding they are and helpful. Definitely taking all my pets there from now on

Losing a loved one is never easy but having the ability to control the path and those assisting with care services makes the experience much more meaningful.
