Ayanna made my girl’s very first grooming experience at the Westerville location so special. She was a little nervous upon arrival, but Ayanna was so patient and gentle that she quickly put her at ease. Kisa looks beautiful and smells amazing. I’m so grateful for the care and attention. The best place to buy Farmina cat food and Yeowie cat toys! They have a great loyalty program (that the employees check for us every time!!!) The employees are so friendly! Kaylee is especially helpful and sweet! I love coming in here, and always have such a great experience!

Ayanna did an absolutely perfect job grooming our 11 month old Shih Tzu puppy. While the grooming was flawless, just as important was the way she treated the little guy. Her kindness and compassion towards him was greatly appreciated. We will defiantly be coming back!!

Eric and Rebecca were SUPER helpful and patient with my reactive rescue dog. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and they were very good with my pup, making sure he felt comfortable exploring them without feeling threatened.

They always have the best foods for my three pets, the customer service is top tier and the self wash stations are super nice! I would rate it higher if I could. Love this place
