Shelsea harmed my puppy. She said she was training him. She was so hard on him I had to take him to my vet. My vet was angry and said she has no business being a groomer! My puppy was scared of strangers after that. It is not normal for a dog to be traumatized after being groomed! She knick his tail exposing it to the bone. I later ran into a person that use to work with her and she said Shelsea is abusive to animals when grooming them! She shouldn't be a groomer!!

Owner (I think) is awesome, customer service wise, communication wise, etc. There's an employee that isn't as awesome. I've had many awesome experiences there and one not so great. The one time they trimmed fur between and on my dog's paw they got far too close, cutting the paw. It resulted in a vet visit because of an infection, as well as additional costs because of the need for medication to treat it. I've not agreed to the trimming of the paw fur since and have had not further issues.

My dog Tina has really bad anxiety and having someone come to the house and clip here in the van was amazing! The girls were truly amazing with her! We recently had to put Tina down and yesterday we received a card with a personalized message from them! SO grateful for their genuine kindness!!!

They are awesome! My dog Murphy is usually really nervous when I leave him at a new place. He really connected to the girl right away and his haircut was perfect. Highly reccomend!
