First, the quality of the products is the best! When I took the doods for their well check, our vet even commented on their bow ties. Shipping is fast and I love the different fabric prints. However, I will say the best thing about this company is they stand behind their products. I ordered a bow tie/leash. I was so excited when I received it, I did not notice 2 numbers on my phone number had been reversed. In fact, my husband noticed a few days ago. I called them, they checked the order and said we will send you a new collar and within days I had the corrected collar. I will only order from them - not just because of their quality but because they stand behind their product. Oh! and I think the doods look pretty cute too!

We held our intimate wedding on 9.23.24 @ Runnymede & I knew we wanted a matching bow & leash set for our English Golden, Gracie for our special day. We live in PA and decided to wait and shop “in store” vs. online. The store is super cute and was easily overwhelmed in a good way with all the choices! I was able to decide quasi easily and put out custom order in. I was SO relieved that they could make our custom set in a few days and was ready for pick up in a day or so. (I assumed everything was already pre-made) This store is absolutely adorable and highly recommend!

I really can't get over how ADORABLE this shop is!!! Every time I pop in, I drool over how many cute things they have for my boys... and the quality is SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! We have 2 yellow labs and there's nothing cuter in my opinion than putting them in Crew Lala matching collars & bowties or bandanas! I recently ordered them matching 5ft tan rope dog leashes from the shop and they're so beautiful (especially with the gold hardware)... and these sage & light blue bandanas with their names embroidered in gold just arrived and I'm OBSESSED!!! Crew LaLa has incredible bow tie collars! I think we have one in every color! Their collars and bows are so well-made and they have an amazing selection of colors and prints to choose from. Crew LaLa also has wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them!
