Cozy Cats Hotel

Thank you Stacy, Ethan, and Hannah at the Cozy Cats Hotel for helping me out in a pinch! I was so worried about not having a place to board her when the environment in my apartment wasn’t safe for us to be there. I heard so many no’s from other places while trying to board my cat because it was either booked, not a service they provided and/or she wasn’t a current patient of theirs. Even though Cozy Cats Hotel was pretty much booked up for the holiday season and since I only needed my cat to stay overnight, Stacy allowed me to board her there!🌸 It was so much going on at the time at home and I was so nervous leaving her somewhere new, Hannah reassured me that my cat would be fine, she sent me a picture and let me know that she was starting to settle in.💗 It was also my cat Gia’s birthday

I just picked up my 2 kitties from a 2 week stay at Cozy Cats Hotel. I was nervous boarding them so I checked out several places and this hotel came out on top. I am extremely pleased. They kept me updated daily with reports and photos. They catered to each cat for their individual needs. Both cats look great and I will certainly use Cozy Cats Hotel again! I can highly recommend this for your furbaby!

I’m super thankful for Cozy Cats hotel for providing all the love and care to my sweet Borris! Y’all are amazing! The daily pictures and report cards are things I look forward to while away. Honestly, I would trust Cozy Cats to watch my cat over my own family. Thank you guys so much!!

I am very late with this review, as I adopted my cat Ninja Simone from Cozy Cats a little over 8 years ago. (They were fostering her & some other kittens for the Wake Co. shelter.) I have taken Ninja to Cozy Cats ever since when I go out of town and wouldn't consider any other place. The prices are reasonable, and they have "cat tv", treats & play time for the cats. And they email you pictures and updates which was especially nice when I travelled out of the country. Stacy Raphael and her staff are wonderful, caring and professional!

This is the first time we have used a cat boarding service and we needed a place that was specific for cats, especially since 2 were recent rescues. We so happy with the care Buster, Salem, Doodles, and Cali received while we were away. We got regular updates on how our cats were doing. They were so well looked after and loved while we were gone. We will be boarding here again for our next trip. Thank you!
