Countryside Veterinary Clinic

First time at this clinic tonight and we were absolutely thrilled with the service and kindness at the office. The vet, Dr. Bigler was phenomenal. Adored her. She and her vet tech Zach were respectful of my rules with my SDiT and provided top notch care for him. She did not rush us and explained everything to us. Zach stayed in the room answering additional questions even after the appointment. I am so glad that I found this clinic but particularly that I found Dr. Bigler. I look forward to bringing our other dogs to her in the future

We had an emergency during the snow when our dog ate a small bag of dark chocolates! Dr Dyer and the entire staff were wonderful! It was quite the process. They were so patient and kind. Dr Dyer talked through the options with me. He even checked on Maynard that evening to make sure he was doing well.

This was our first visit with someone other than Dr Dyer. We were disappointed in the female vet and the assistant. Kira has NEVER been aggressive and they both acted as if she were a Cane Korso coming for them. Animals sense that fear and in turn they become defensive. Her nails have always been trimmed in the room with us. They only cut nails on one foot. It took 3 stabs in her hip to get her rabies vaccine in!! I'm a former vet tech and I've never seen such lack of confidence!! Morale: will only see Dr Dyer in the future.

The staff was accommodating, professional, and attentive. I was able to get a same day appointment which was a huge relief. Getting my sick kitten the care he needed. They listened to my concerns and made sure to check every possibility. I really appreciated their willingness to take the time to explain how to apply ointment to my kittens eye. Any concerns I had for my kittens heath were alleviated.

Great experience! It was my first time taking my 19 year old kitty there for a suspected bladder infection. Dr. Miles was very gentle with him and did a great job. I was impressed that they have a dedicated cat room with toys and a cat tree. I'll definitely be going back! (and my kitty is feeling much better now after a round of antibiotics :-D)
