Country Aire Pet Resort

Best doggy day care we’ve used in Redding and super clean. The staff was friendly as well. It was the second time we’ve been here after using another place in town that was gross. (My husband accidentally left a bad review for these folks meaning it for the other place - so sorry about that!) These people are the best and my dog seems to approve as well. We’ll be back for sure.

I really had a great customer experience with Country Aire Pet Resort, as well as our little kitten! We are not from the area, but we were going on a trip to Nevada, and our local pet boarding schools that are cat is registered with were fully booked. The day of our trip early morning, we called the resort and truly were scared that they were also booked or only take existing customers. But, they were super welcoming and friendly. We only had to fill out the admission forms for new pets and submitted via email. Not only registering her to the resort was extremely easy and smooth process, they were kind enough to stay open during lunch hour for few minutes waiting for our arrival. Okay, first of all, Country Aire Pet Resort does not discriminate based on breed!!! They accept all animals on a case by case basis. As long as your dog isn't aggressive, bring them!! I was so nervous about leaving my pit bull for a week since it was the first time we'd left him anywhere since we adopted him 4 months ago and he gets really shy and nervous around new people/places. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. He went right up to the staff and, though he was shy, he went with them willingly. When I picked him up, he was getting along well with the handlers, tail wagging and everything. They took the time to get to know him and hear my concerns. I highly recommend Country Aire and will bring him by for daycare and socializing.

We boarded our 18-year-old cat for 3 days. She was well cared for, we were very satisfied, and will probably use Country Aire again on a future trip.

I really like the employee MAYA ESPINOSA. She’s great and very gentle and always smiling.
