We had a unique case with our puppy we just adopted from Prairie Paws. Dr Irwin and her team were so thoughtful and thorough and worked with the shelter team, too, to insure our puppy, Gladys, got healthy again. We've had traumatic experiences with another vet clinic with our last 2 puppies and we really didn't want to go through something like that again. They were so kind and you could tell they really cared - not just about our Gladys but, also, for us & our family. Highly recommend this group!

First time using this Vet in December to have my dog Toby get his shots and get him scheduled to get neutered for January. He was neutered today. The staff is so friendly and Toby loved everyone. I can't say enough about Dr Rance Erwin. I love that Dr R Erwin called after Toby's surgery and explained everything and went over everything they did. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Vet! Thanks Dr Rance Erwin for taking good care of My Toby.

I’ve taken all three of my cats and my parents’ dog to Cottonwood. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been very kind and knowledgeable. I always worry that a vet will dismiss my concerns, but I’ve never been brushed aside at Cottonwood! Recently I took my youngest cat up for her first exam - she was terrified, but they did a great job handling her and trying to keep her calm. They were very mindful of what she could handle in the moment and what they could put off until she was under for her spay. They even did a urine sample at my request to make sure her spraying was behavioral and not indicative of a physical issue. Price is comparable to other vets I’ve seen and for the extra care they take with your pets, they really can’t be beat.

My cat and I came here for a check up and yearly shots. The staff was very nice and super gentle when handling my cat. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They did a very good job at keeping my cat on the table when she tried to run off or jump off the table many times. Overall fast, affordable price, and just some of the nicest people you can ask for.

Great staff, including a kitty cat! Friendly and knowledgeable veterinarians! Highly recommend this animal hospital for your pet's needs!
