My 13 year old Japanese Chin Lily started presenting with lethargy, change of character and would not eat for 2-3 days shortly after Thanksgiving. I took her in on Tuesday night and she was seen almost immediately and quickly diagnosed with pancreatitis and kidney injury. This hit hard as Lily has already been suffering with mitral valve disease for the past 3 years and is a senior. Despite the challenges that we faced I knew I had to give her a chance to get better so we signed her up for up to three days admission to the ICU. My honest review about this animal hospital is that I think they’re doing a great job. I took my dog Bonnie in after I found her on Tuesday morning barely breathing. They immediately brought her in and took care of her. All the staff and doctors were very friendly and patient with me and all of my questions. The only complaint I have is they that they can be pricey. I spent a significant amount for all of Bonnie’s treatments and medications, but at the end of the day I would do it all over again for her. I really can’t thank the staff here enough for taking care of my dog and all their hard work! we will be coming back!

Both my husband and I cannot thank the team on Wednesday night enough. For what was one of our hardest times they made it as pleasant as possible. From the front desk gentleman who was so empathetic and brought us a blanket to keep Our baby comfy and warm to the assistant who brought treats to our little girl and Dr Benbow treating her and us so kindly and reassured us that we were making the right decision and gave our peanut the best life! My cat Oliver presented inappetence, lethargy and his liver values were out of control. Through my primary care vet I was referred to Dr. Lucia Alvarez with Internal Medicine for more specialized diagnosis. Dr. Alvarez studied Oliver's medical history and recommended exploratory surgery as previous hospitalizations at another emergency hospital did not help improve. Dr. Alvarez was very thorough and informative and truly wanted to help Oliver after seeing I had exhausted every other diagnostic test and treatment. She recommended a visit with Dr. Caporeli for surgery. I met with Dr. Caporeli and she was just as informative and caring as Dr. Alvarez.
