From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and so gentle with her. The mobile setup was spotless and super convenient—no stress of car rides or waiting rooms! Bubbles came out looking (and smelling!) fantastic—her coat was soft, shiny, and trimmed perfectly. They clearly love what they do and take their time to make sure each pet feels safe and cared for. Wow! My golden retriever, Charlie, looks like a million bucks thanks to the team at Cool Dog Spa. I brought him in for a deshedding treatment and a tidy-up, and the results are incredible. They managed to remove enough fur to make a whole new dog, and his coat is so soft and shiny now. The groomers are true artists—they listened to exactly how I wanted his fur cut and executed it perfectly. The check-in process was easy, and they texted me a photo update halfway through so I could see he was having a blast. You can tell the staff loves what they do. If you want your dog to leave looking like a showstopper and feeling happy, this is the place to go. 10/10 service!

I cannot recommend Cool Dog Spa enough! I have a very anxious rescue dog who has always been terrified of traditional groomers. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly patient and gentle with him. They took their time to make sure he was comfortable before even starting the service. The facility is spotless and smells great (not like a typical kennel!). I opted for the full spa package, and they did an amazing job with his thick coat—no mats, perfectly trimmed nails, and they even cleaned his teeth! He came out wagging his tail and smelling fantastic. It’s such a relief to finally find a place that truly cares about the dog's well-being rather than just rushing through the cut. We’ve found our forever groomer!
