John and Melissa were very easy to work with! John was early for my appointment and was very efficient. He said he had 15 foot wide carpet in stock, which would reduce the carpet waste amount for my living room. I went to the showroom in downtown Cary to choose the color and was given a very reasonable quote. I did change my mind about the color and they were very accommodating. Installation went well and I’m very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this business!

Although John was half an hour late for the quote appointment just as others have said, his team did an amazing job on the carpet and LVP flooring installation! The crew were very professional and did everything quickly with high quality. Melissa has been very helpful to help us find the right carpet and LVP as well.
