I trusted this facility to care for my dog during a mandatory quarantine period. Unfortunately, he returned home with a raw paws and clear signs of severe stress — constant pacing and heavy panting. Confinement may be required by law, but animals still deserve humane conditions, proper sanitation, and monitoring for anxiety-related behaviors. It was extremely upsetting to see him in that state after being confined the entire time. Transparency and accountability matter when it comes to our pets. I hope improvements are made so other animals do not experience the same distress.

The parents' orientation was very informative. We felt very comfortable with the information received. Unfortunately, we haven't had our first visit with our pup yet due to an emergency ..But classes are held on Thursday nights...Sign your pup or dog up... No dog is too old for training, looking forward in learning alot here...

We took two puppies here for training 20 years ago and had a great experience. We were so disappointed to see that the place has turned into a run down dump. The facilities are very shabby. We took class in the winter and it was always freezing inside the building. They never had the heat on. The teacher Lynne was horrible. She was rude, condescending and overly opinionated. She often yelled at people during class. The class was supposed to be an hour long. It ended up being about half that long because she wasted so much time every week. A lot of time was wasted because of her mobility issues. Watching her struggle to set up the equipment was painful. She should have an assistant to do those things for her. More time was wasted with her catering to one very needy student. She showed her

This class was a terrible experience. The trainer did not seem to want to be there and each week I got the impression that the class was an inconvenience for her. There was little direction and questions were met with sarcasm. The trainer was more focused on her own dog than the other puppies in the class. I wish someone had warned me. There are lots of wonderful trainers in the area-don’t waste your money here.

I was very impressed with the Trainer (Lynne's) knowledge, encouragement, patience, and kindness throughout the program. My rescued puppy came in with no understanding of rules or limits, and by the time we graduated, both my puppy and I had made many gains! So happy with the experience!!
