Was looking for my food,found it. Bought it. And left. lady at the front with blond hair and black headband left the cash register to come watch me as if she thought I was stealing, then when I walked up to her she tried to pretend she was slabbing on prices/or cleaning them even though she had nothing in her hands LOL don’t mind her being cautious, but just wanted to let you know, she looked goofy for that. Next time at least make it look like you’re actually doing something when being cautious of a costumer lol!!!

Concord Pet Foods & Supplies is a great local pet store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it’s an easy place to shop for quality pet supplies. I also really like their dog food program — buy a certain number of bags and you get one free. Solid value and a great neighborhood business.

The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.

Staff was very rude and short with me. I had my eye on a beautiful cat Ike & Phil. I asked how to go about adopting the cat(s) Staff gave me an application but NEVER explained the process to me. This resulted in me making several trips to the store. The staff was rude to me because I kept coming to the store.

Friendly staff and good option of food for my furry babies. They also have kittens and cats for adoption.
