I am trying to go about this in the most professional manner possible, but due to the fact that Julie Pongonis is screening my calls and texts I have to resort to a Google review. I bought a Corgi puppy on 12/28/25. We agreed that I would pick her up at 3pm at which point the dog would be bathed and dried upon my arrival. When I got there at 3pm her paperwork wasn’t ready and I had to wait about 25 minutes because she was still being dried. They were very unorganized and there seemed to be much disconnect on which vaccines she had and which she didn’t. Red flag. The next day I took her to the vet just to ensure everything was ok. They recommended I start her on NexGuard Plus for her age (15 weeks). I gave her the NexGuard Plus on Monday 12/29/25. The next day, Tuesday I texted Julie notify

I don’t think I’ve ever made a bad review before but this place made me so sad! The stores pet betta was in the tinies tank! Betta fish need a minimum of five gallons and a heater! They were selling baby rabbits for $70 (way too much). And the mama looked so stressed!

Spoke to the bigger set lady in the phone and she said to be there at a certain time so the paperwork was ready for us to get the dog. Turns out, they decided to sell the dog to someone else and not let us know after this conversation was had. Miss. Rolly Polly and her accomplice said nothing could be done and it’s because they put a deposit. Rolly Polly never mentioned a deposit… Don’t do business here you’ll end up with a heartbroken family. The girl with crayola eyebrows thinks she’s funny too the only thing funny is her face.

Worst experience ever when I drop my dog off. I said, cut her down. Give her a summer cut, but keep her very much fluffy with hair up coming back to retrieve my dog. My dog was completely shaved with little to no hair with holes all over her of. The groomer left hair on the top of her head in this ugly mullet of a haircut, the groomer laughed at Me and said she tried to keep as much hair as she could. The groomer never once called me stating that my dog was matted or that she needed to cut off all her hair. I was in complete disbelief when I seen my dog.

After losing my childhood dog I was certain I did not want another dog. I took my 5 and 12 year old girls into look at the puppies just look. Well I fell in love with one of the puppies and felt so strongly he was meant for our family. The women there were so kind and clearly love the animals and care for them as if they were their own. It was and continues to be an excellent experience as they provide the rest of his shots.
