The team at Companion Wicker Park is fantastic. It's clear they truly care about the wellbeing of all of the animals they treat. Whether it's follow-up calls, thorough questions and explanations, and patient & responsive support for unexpected emergencies, they've done an exceptional job with our Beagle mix. Special shout out to Drs. Kung and Ryan and vet tech Janelle!

I believe this is a 5 star review by my dog - we walked by on a Sunday and he refused to move. But seriously, Dr. Ryan is wonderful and always so attentive to our dog’s needs.

I tried numerous times to be understanding of the shortcomings and lack of proper management in this clinic- but I am still here writing a poor review. I have not been able to write a review for months after a horrible experience because their account was flagged for fraudulent fake positive reviews. In the time my pets visited here: -My senior cat nearly died because they refilled his thyroid medication at the wrong dose. He lost 30% of his body weight and his fur came out in giant clumps because he was so unwell. This was after I reached out multiple times to express concern that his dose was changed. NO ONE followed up with us to correct this. I had to pay them AGAIN for a re-exam to get his medication filled at the correct dose. -After my cat had to be put down here they never conta

I’ve been really happy with the care my dog receives here! The staff are kind, patient, and clearly care about their patients. I especially appreciate how transparent they are about pricing and treatment options. They always explain what’s recommended, why it’s needed, and what it will cost before moving forward. It’s refreshing to feel fully informed and confident that my dog is getting exactly what he needs. Highly recommend!

The vet and nurse were so accommodating and warm! They're very good with the dogs and explained all tests and findings so well. The place is clean and the whole place is welcoming.
