Community Animal Hospital

my family consists of several rescue animals. I have found it very difficult to find a good vet since beginning our adoption journey, and we’ve been to many! However, after stumbling across this wonderful place, we will never go anywhere else ever again. Not only are they willing to work with you as far as your budget goes, but from the front of the house to the back ( the vet ) everyone is super thorough and makes sure you understand what they’re saying no matter the time it may take. Never once did I feel rushed, no matter how busy they were. Dr was spot on every time with my senior rescue when others just treated her symptoms, not the underlying cause. I can’t speak highly enough about this office and all the staff! Highly recommend!!

I love taking my “grand-doggies” to Dr. Sloat for their medical treatments. The staff is wonderful and attentive to questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

Dr Sloat, his vet nurses/techs, and office staff are great. They really do care about their dog patients and the dog's human family. Their prices are very reasonable as well. If you need an appointment, they can almost always see you within a few days or a week or so if you're flexible. And there have even been times where I've had a semi-emergency with my dog or a needed a short notice follow-up appointment, and they've seen me the same day or the next day. They also do an excellent job of refilling medications. Anytime you call them, and get their voicemail, they will call you back promptly. They've never dropped the ball. They have been 100% compassionate and reliable for the past 20 years of me and my family have been taking our dogs here.

I had such a wonderful experience at this vet. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sloat was absolutely wonderful. He knew exactly what we needed to do for my pet. The caring staff makes all the difference. Best vet I have ever seen!

Dr Sloat is personable and takes his time with your pet. He is very thorough and genuinely cares. I've been taking my dog there for 14 years, and every staff member is always so kind on the phone and in person!
