I booked an appointment through the website and brought my dog in as scheduled. My dog is a goldendoodle and weighs 23 kgs (around 40 lbs), so he’s a medium-sized dog—not unusually large. The groomer trimmed a small patch around his neck (without bathing him first). Shortly after I left, I received a message saying she could not continue because he was “too stressed,” pulling too much, and had come off the table. I returned to pick him up and was advised to take him to a professional facility where two people could groom him. I completely understand that safety is important and that some dogs can become anxious during grooming. If at any point the groomer felt unsafe, I respect the decision to stop. Vaughn had been grooming my Doodle Aja since he was 6 months old ( now 19 months) and believe me I tried doing this myself , not anymore, I love it at Pets on Cole they saved us.

The staff here is so sweet, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in multiple times from trying to find a treatment for dry itchy skin, getting a new lewk for the seasons holiday, changing dog food to just getting new toys/treats. They always make us feel welcome, even giving the dogs treats when we aren’t purchasing something. A true neighborhood gem of a store

The staff at this pet store are the best in town! The quality of their products is second to none and they always have lots of fun things for my dogs, like treats or anything else I need. Plus when you get your pup groomed here they will be taken good care of.
