The vet techs treat your fur babies like royalty, and the doctors are nothing short of brilliant; blending traditional and holistic care with a thoroughness that is astounding. Special shoutouts to Kat, the groomer, and Mar, the vet tech! My overzealous Bernedoodle swears they’re his other moms. Honestly, he’d pack a suitcase and move in tomorrow if they’d let him. Cole Park has been our go-to vet from the vet beginning of moving to Chapel Hill. We've trusted them with the health and well-being of all our fur babies and have always been treated with nothing but kindness. When one of our kitties was sick with an aggressive brain tumor and we would have to come in for frequent, often emergency visits, the crew at Cole Park made it as easy as possible during a very difficult time. Our German Shepherd had severe anxiety around going to the vet, but they did everything possible to make stressful visits easier for us all. I can't say enough positive things about this practice.

My dog is a complex, medically fragile sweetheart. The staff at the front desk, vet techs and all the doctors know him and love him. He loves going to the vet (I know!) and hates to leave even though he is a “do not treat” dog bc of his issues. The vet has helped us develop a maintenance regimen for him as well as a “flare up” set of things. When things weren’t getting better at one point they suggested acupuncture and laser therapy which were game changers for him. He’s a happy, mostly healthy (as much as medically possible). They also made sure I was using their online pharmacy bc some of the meds he takes are 50% less expensive than from getting them at the vet like usual. They’re always happy to help us.
