Coldwater Animal Hospital: Korte John M DVM

I was in for an appointment with my Golden Lance. It was our first time meeting Dr. Klovstad, he was very kind and took his time with Lance. I recommend Coldwater Animal Hospital to everyone. Also I had questions for Amy Ricotta she called me back immediately, and was very thorough.

Our dog came here for a tplo surgery and the staff and care for him were amazing. I could give a long story about our experience but basically it was wonderful, Dr. Klovstad and the technicians were great. Cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital!

My old vet couldn't get my new dog’s in for checkups until December, had to get them in sooner as part of the adoption agreement. Called coldwater and they got them in right away and I will continue to take them there and recommend to others.

On my first visit I waited between 15-20 minutes to see the vet. On the second visit, I was 8 minutes late due to traffic, and was told, "Sorry - you'll have to reschedule. In 20 years of taking pets to the vet, this has NEVER happened. Spend your money elsewhere.

It was an emergency visit and they got me in right away. Gave me an antibiotic that seems to be working well. All staff were very pleasant and professional. I was quite pleased with them as well as the outcome for my dog.
