Dr. Robertson and the entire staff are excellent! Dr. Robertson was upfront about the possible complications and extra costs related to ear canal surgery on my 14 year old Shih Tzu. The surgery was flawless! There were no complications or extra costs! Dr. Robertson is amazing and so is the staff. Pip Pip was treated very well by all!

Dr. Pariser and her staff are absolutely fabulous. My dog has struggled with allergies for years, and she has been the first doctor to actually help her. Our dog has been stable with her allergies for a few years now and we are so thankful! Also a shoutout to Evan- who was fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us resolve an issue with our pharmacy. Thank you!

Had to leave a message to try to make an appointment. When there was no return call several hours later I called again and a man answered the appointment extension number to tell me that they would get back to me and there would be a $247.00 fee at the time the appointment is made prior to any service. I asked if they were understaffed and he said, not when we get to you and repeated the fee for making an appointment. By the end of the day there was no call from them.
